Help keep Smith Lake clean!
Please register below and join SLEPC for our Adopt-a-Stream Cleanup* on the morning of June 12th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Lunch and T-shirts will be provided for volunteers following the cleanup.
- Brothers on Smith Lake is catering lunch!
- Piedmont National and PALS are providing garbage bags, gloves, safety vests, and Pick-Up-Sticks.
- Ryan’s Creek RV Resort & Campground is providing parking and a covered lunch pavilion by the lake.
- Cullman County Sheriff’s Department is providing safety, support, and trash collection.
- SLEPC Cleanup T-shirts are provided to all volunteers!
- All we need is YOU.
~~Please register by Wednesday, June 9th. We need a head-count for lunch.~~
Please wear clothes and shoes appropriate for picking up trash. Please apply sunscreen and insect repellent. Please bring a refillable water bottle to cut down on garbage (cold water will be provided for refill).

LOCATION: County Road 813 off County Road 222 (turn off CR 222 at the Smith Lake Park Sign across from Whitlocks Cafe like you are heading to Smith Lake Park from CR 222). Parking is at Ryan’s Creek RV Resort & Campground (take the second entrance on the right past the bridge).
